    The good thingsGood colleagues and management especially at UO Skudai. The manager is considerate towards all staffs. Good perks such as medical.
    The challengesThe career development consider low. The promotion based on seniority not for high performance. The salary consider below average while the workload and the working environment consider at high risk.
