Wonderful experience to groom you to explore quite a wide range of job scopes and to develop your 3P (Proficiency, Personality, Potential) to project out the best performance.
The good thingsI enjoyed working here as the working environment is great. Although you are away from hometown, you still feel belong here as our Head of Department and superior together with the colleagues are very supportive, encouraging and motivating. By having the endless support from the people working around you especially your team, all the challenges being faced no longer be the matter as you knew that you are not fighting alone.
The challengesOne of the biggest challenges I found in this company is to change the behavior among the employees as only a few of them having the positive mindset and aware on the importance of complying the quality management system's requirements. Besides, the assignment of the job description among some of the employees are too loose and somehow confusing. Moreover, this company may want to improve the efficiency of controlling and monitoring along the business processes.
