    The room for growth here is exponential, as it is a big MNC, but you must be prepared to take on responsibilities and continuously learn.

    The challengesWorking across borders means virtual interactions only, which limits bonding with the larger team. Sometimes, I feel left out or disconnected, as my team is spread across multiple countries, not just Malaysia.

    Great exposure on exhibition industry
    The good thingsGood working environment with facilities.The supervisors are patient enough to give guidelines to the staff. The colleagues are caring and friendly.
    The challengesCall to a lists of exhibitors is very tiring. Poor time management. Sometimes it is too free but the tasks are given when it is about to finish office hours, which means sometimes have to work over time. Working overtime only provide dinner without additional pay.
