    Good Place for Freshie
    The good thingsWorking environment
The challengesAfter more than a year in my current role, I felt that my job scope has become repetitive and offers limited opportunities for further growth and skill development. I am looking for a new challenge where I can expand my knowledge, take on more responsibilities, and continue developing my career in HR and administration.

Relax working environment but lack of self development
The good thingsLow teaching hour which more time to do research, 5 days working except if you are been required to join marketing event, provide social environment which there are sport day, dinner and other welfare event. Cover insurance to whole family, bonus and increment (subject to performance).
The challengesIf you are the top management, there are a lots of work to comply. There are less professional allowance, lack of professional development, less allowance to attend conferences/seminar, lack of research funding and lack decision making and instruction from the top management.
