    The challengesTop managemant doesn't improvement for better result. Hiding total shortage stock count. Poor result of sales management. Want better result but not appreciate staff. Toxic after sales head then become HR head. Poor and no skills at HR. no benefit at all and not happy

    The good thingsI've been working in here for about 12 years. No issues at all for communication in between lower range staff with an Management itself. Everyone is welcome to voice out the opinions to improve the company productivity and quality. Everyone work here as a family. Welfare of staff is prioritize by the company without any delay. The best part is i've build up a colleague that can be trust each other
    The challengesThe challengest is on how to improve the productivity and at the same time to maintain the quality was the best to supply to the customers. Also the challenge to do is an continuous improvement project for a cost saving. But we work as a teamwork all the matter can be solve together
