    The good thingsStable working time. Employers never interfere with Workers. A lot of free time even though work assignments have been completed. Can spend more time with colleagues for the future and direction of Employers.
    The challengesThe most difficult government agencies to provide permanent posts for each Contracting Officer and Part Time. Partial Salage which is only enough for a month. It is not appropriate for married individuals to take part in a part-time job. Although his work is stable but there is no future. The probability of getting a permanent job is very thin. The interview is called only to complete the retrieval requirements. The trial application of 17 interviews has been applied but only 3 times are called interviews and it fails to be accepted as a Fixed Guardian.

    The challengesSometimes the department that I was stationed not have any work for beginners as most works done by more experienced seniors and executives. When a work is given, it usually involves in multi-tasking using computer and large data input from other company branches.
