    please, fresh grad find your else somewhere that you can love, learn, and stand strong..
    The good thingsNope.i dont think have any.
    The challengesStarting as a fresh grad, they demand we know everything and ask us to do more(work overload), the work given and the time given not relevant. stressful to work 8.30 am till 6.00 pm..susah nk solat(limited time) always ask to an online meeting, had to discuss and the management dont knows how the hardest underground work as well, just wanna know "when the work will be done". Wifi "kedekut". Also not easy to learn with the senior, just need to learn by own.

    The good thingsNone. Nada. Zero.
    The challengesHad to face the terrible acah-acah keding senior and management. Job title is Sales but had to do cold calling like tele-marketing. No staff benefits at all. Low salary. Wifi only for senior keding acah-acah. Nak solat pun susah dengan limit time.

    The good thingsManagement is very positive and friendly. Load of stuff to learn when we are willing to put in effort. They encourage to learn from mistakes instead of lecturing.
