Innomed's reputation with good service of 30 years in SEA market is well known in Aesthetics industry. No politics in the company

    The good thingsBasics knowledge of the medical product and technology. Meeting and learning about the medical practitioners and the industry.
    The challengesLack administrative and management support. Lack of organisational system. Demotivating Singaporean management style. Corruption of the industry. Long sales process of 6 months to 9 months sales cycle. Favoritism and individualistic culture. High head count turnover.

    The good thingsMany opportunities to learn about the wide range of aesthetic equipment and products. Being a small company, there were many opportunities to learn different job responsibilities.
    The challengesSometimes staff turnover is high causing other colleagues to take on more responsibilities and cannot focus on their core responsibility.
