    Stressful, no work-life balance, no good benefits as promises.
    The good thingsWhen 1st day joined the team, the team looked so dedicated & teamwork. Learned & explored the job task with my superior and taught many of how to handle clients' requests & demands.
    The challengesThe challenge is working 24/7, sometimes with no work-life balance. Pressured & sometimes overtime with not enough rest. Work overload. What you do is not suitable for what you've got for the end of the month.

    The challengesIt depends on the way you take the challenges that the manager gives you, and depends on how the manager treats you, some good and some not. Be positive.
