    Very encouraging environment for fresh grad software engineers
    The good thingsTeam/tech lead is very helpful and understanding in developing your technical skills. Seniors are helpful and patient in helping resolve your doubts and queries. Employee flexible benefits are really good too. Office management colleagues (HR, admin, finance, etc) are pretty friendly and helpful. Since we are a small regional office of less than 20 people promotes transparency, and easy to keep up with latest happenings.
    The challengesWorking in projects that are actively monitored by the senior management staff from SIngapore HQ (such as the CTO and senior VPs) can be a daunting experience and a steep learning curve for freshies. However, with this experience comes maturity and improvements in work quality and efficiency.
