Company with no clear vision and mission

The good thingsColleagues are very helpful among each other

The challengesThe employer expectation is beyond the actual job scope. Apart from being underpaid no proper guidance will be given and you are expecting to deliver 360 as a recruiter including doing business developement task. Company with no clear vision and mission. Focus only on sales without motivation. The staff will be micromanaged as you need to submit report everyday and call the MD before you called it a day. Long working hours as you will need to be in the office as early as 730am and work until 8pm sometimes 10pm with no pay. High turnover- Staff come and go due to stressful environment.

Great Colleagues, Really Bad Management & Employer

The good thingsAt first, I did enjoy working here as there were not many employees and most of us were able to work great together. The supervisor was great at guiding new employees through the job. Since the place is small, expect to eat meals together often which was sometimes a good treat.

The challengesHowever I felt that the employer did not really gave us much opportunity to learn the ropes and scopes of the job. Since we were hired with very little experience of the job, the employer is expecting too much from us and when not delivered, we were asked to resign and this is only 3 months into the job. Salary was low for the working hours expected. Long working hours, no overtime pay.
