The challengesThe things need to improve:
1. Job order are messy, some job order already closed or have for so long but no consultant get notify, Suggestion :more organize for the job order with sequence like 1. which job order are closed,how many px still need,listed in order and notify all consultants. please hire an admin to do the job, as consultant is way too busy.
2.No attendance update, consultant are in blind fold don't know what is going on. Suggestion: Recruitment trip attendance is better to have on live update, so consultant can push more candidates.
3. bad interview schedule arrangement. invite candidates to interview last minute , keep changing schedule (today invite tomorrow or schedule time is way too off), team who deal with client need to improve on this.
4. Please improve the attendance machine, after request and notify but the hr not even care about it. Just because the small things not important so no need to fix or solve ? Suggestion: please hire an admin to do the job
