    Safety & Security Department
The good things1.)The company provides a wide range of benefits with good welfare packages. 2.)You can really find a work-life balance here. 3.)The company emphasizes safety and takes proactive measures. 4.)Stress level is what you would expect generally in a manufacturing setting. 5.)Incredible team building programmes and opportunity to be part of the team building programme committee.
The challenges1.)Lacking in behavioural based safety programmes. 2.)Safety Performance should be part of the Department's KPI. 3.)Generally, the perks outweigh the stress and challenges of working here.

Great working experience and exposure to palm oil industries.
The good thingsI do learn more than just engineering work. I worked closely under the technical specialist and the quality of work that the company implemented in the Packing Plant is top tier with a great consideration of workplace hygiene. Engineering team in the packing plant are very helpful and work independently under supervision of the team leader and plant manager.
The challengesAs an engineer, pipe tracing is one of the job that should be done to determine the production line and other pipeline that enters and exit the plant. The work not only requires time but also the knowledge from other operators and engineers. Various types of products that needs to be packed is one of the reason why it is challenging to know and learned about different processes of each products.
