    The good thingsAlthough there are different generations of people working here, everyone is taking care of each other in their own way. As the young team is growing, the culture of the company also slowly moving into the modern management style. The company is more structured compared to 3 years back when i first joined, the management has a more tangible plan for the company/stuff. If you are looking for a place to grow your career this will be the best place, because you have a lot of freedom on making the decision and creating your own opportunities. Talk to the boss when you have any issue, you will found a new point of view from there.
    The challenges1) Need to find the right communication style with the different individual. 2) For now, the company is still restructuring, therefore there will be issues here and there, but i think it will be better soon once everything is set and organised. 3) Making sure everyone is working toward the same direction or having the same goal.

    The good thingsFreedom to approach your work as you see fit, as long as results are good. Work Life Balance very good. Much to learn about the cosmetics industry with international exposure. Opportunity to go abroad (Sales and Marketing) Friendly and helpful colleagues
    The challengesNot many young people in the company, they are trying to source more Gen Y. Hence the environment can feel a little old fashioned.

    Good Colleagues
    The good thingsThe colleagues are very friendly, warm and caring, I made a bunch of good friends here. They are willing to share their knowledge to each others. As my department is a new one, management give 100% freedom for me to develop it.
    The challengesManagement does not have a very good and strategic long term planning for the company. As new blood is coming in, i think this could be a very good timing for them to change during this transition period.
