The good thingsAlthough there are different generations of people working here, everyone is taking care of each other in their own way. As the young team is growing, the culture of the company also slowly moving into the modern management style. The company is more structured compared to 3 years back when i first joined, the management has a more tangible plan for the company/stuff. If you are looking for a place to grow your career this will be the best place, because you have a lot of freedom on making the decision and creating your own opportunities. Talk to the boss when you have any issue, you will found a new point of view from there.
The challenges1) Need to find the right communication style with the different individual.
2) For now, the company is still restructuring, therefore there will be issues here and there, but i think it will be better soon once everything is set and organised.
3) Making sure everyone is working toward the same direction or having the same goal.
