    My experience at the company allowed me to grow in a dynamic environment, navigating both the agility of a startup and the structure of a transitioning management company, while learning to adapt within a closely managed leadership framework.
    The good thingsSmall company with a flat structure, which allowed for greater flexibility and quicker decision-making. Open access to leadership provided opportunities to contribute ideas and influence direction, which provided insight into different business growth phases.
    The challengesTop management operated as a close-knit family business, which sometimes resulted in micro-management and limited autonomy for middle management. Decision-making could be inconsistent due to lack of standardized processes and growth opportunities limited.
