    I am glad that I can share my competence and had been involved in developing this university. The only reason I left the university at that time was to look after my aging mother, who has just passed away couple weeks ago, at my home town.
    The good thingsI have climbed the ladder in managing higher education institution from Head of Department to Deputy Dean and finally to the Dean of Faculty in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM)
    The challengesManaging an education institution which is very diversity in nature is a challenge on its own.

    The good thingsGreat working environment and great top management, working phase are flexible and the working hour are reasonable.work station has been prepared by Part-time staff before are organize and easy to track and continue the ongoing project or work. Close Supervision from the Head Admin(supervisor) and great communication between part time staff and other staff are excellent, sharing some skills and knowledge on how to handle and perform the job well without having a problems or disturbing others work. Overall this job has been provide me with great knowledge and experience with in it discription.
    The challengesthere is a time when other superior need of your hand to help and assist them while the need of completing your task is been demand by other superior, it takes time to adapt and going with the flow. By understanding the chain of command we can prioritize the work flow.

    The good thingsMy boss always guide me to do a new things and I love working with her because before this I never thought that I can do things like working on research paper for university standard lecturer and national level standard where the research paper that I'm working on right now and some already being presented at international level. I hope I can improves my skill after this and try to do new things.
    The challengesDue to the fact that I'm doing this job as a part time job, I have to manage my time between study time and working time. Sometimes I lack in terms of time management but later I try to settle down things accordingly and manage to do things in time.
