    Good experience
    The good thingsLearn new things e.g. government procedure, meet new friends, expose to international barrier solution e.g. differences in languages.
    The challengesDifferences in languages leads to miscommunication and misinterpretation. The needs and procedure changes whenever the new leader appointed even though the mission and vision remain the same. The approach to achieve the goal need to be done carefully, diligently & wise.
