    Beware of the Finance department
The good thingsPretty much exciting! I do learn and build up my skills and knowledge a lot here. From undergraduate programme counsellor to postgraduate counsellor, explaining and recruiting Masters and Phd students. I manage lots of event by myself and handling documentation and propose commission for the marketing and sales staff too. The CEO, Prof Hamzah is very good and nice.
The challengesThey are still a new university, we need to understand the hectic-ness, double-standard, UM's rules and regulation we must follow and must attend meeting more than 20 times for a single problem issue. Their Finance department gives very poor service.

A good place to start your career without working experience
The good thingsThe location is strategic and easy access
The challengesThe workflow and standard operating procedures (SOP) are not really strong because the company has just started.
