    Never ever start your career here!
    The good thingsNothing to be specific. Quite an above average salary. Thats the only good part.
    The challengesNot a place for personal growth. Because it not a place where you work to learn things. You are there to firefight things. Everything is just messed up right from the top to bottom. Pointing finger culture is a norm there. The staffs there are one of the worst to work with. They dont ownership at ALL!. If things goes wrong, they will just say "Dont Know" or "Not Sure". The worst of worst is some staff dont even know their job well. Sometimes you have to do their job so that your job can get done. Definitely will never recommend young graduates to start your career here. One more thing to add on. Please do not expect your work to be as in job description. The benefits are close to nothing. The worst part of working here is the company wont provide necessary things to get the job done. Inventory management is just too bad. The top management will ask you buy the item you needed by yourself first and "the claim the money" (which you will never get your money back).
