The good things- The pay
- The people who were helpful enough to make me feel right at home and teach me some tricks of the trade.
The challenges- Takes time to complete the tasks assigned. It is not the fault of the employer or the company, but it takes time to write the perfect article.

The good thingsPretty flexible and fast-paced working environment. The wfh policy is really useful and beneficial even before pandemic. Lots of new stuff to learn everyday
The challengesCareer development is bleaked when head of the team tend to pass project to one member only. Work can be pretty stagnant and the feeling of unappreciated is there. You can work for the salary of course but what’s the point if there’s no career growth

The good thingsThe environment and people of the company are friendly, there is support whenever you need it and there is a great opportunity for learning and gaining more experience and knowledge. Also, location is very convenient and the attire is casual!
