The good things- The pay - The people who were helpful enough to make me feel right at home and teach me some tricks of the trade.

The challenges- Takes time to complete the tasks assigned. It is not the fault of the employer or the company, but it takes time to write the perfect article.

It all depends in which team you’re in

The good thingsPretty flexible and fast-paced working environment. The wfh policy is really useful and beneficial even before pandemic. Lots of new stuff to learn everyday

The challengesCareer development is bleaked when head of the team tend to pass project to one member only. Work can be pretty stagnant and the feeling of unappreciated is there. You can work for the salary of course but what’s the point if there’s no career growth
