    The good thingsDepend on which department, some departments head by the good leaders while some departments are known for the poor top management. The benefit covers quite a lot of things that were improving during my stay here, bonuses and salary increments were part of the perks. Convenient working place (HQ) in the resort city. Overall a good working place as one can learn a lot and easy for next career move from here. Lots of those that formerly work with IOI join back too after a while.
    The challengesThe company culture hard to break. Management have to do better in addressing the complaints by the employee, improvement in managing their human capital. Need to improve engagement activities with employees.
