    A great place to learn.
    The good thingsI think this company is a great place to learn. The people here is very helpful when it comes to teaching new things. It's quite a happy place as well. People grows in this company, for sure.
    The challengesSometimes they overworked people. But that is normal in plantation companies. Annual bonus is given. It is worth the sacrifice.
