The good thingsNothing. Better decline their offer than accept. You will regret once enter.
The challengesPoor Work-Life Balance: Employees are often required to work long hours, with little regard for their personal lives. Favoritism in Promotions: Advancement tends to favor those who are close to management rather than those who perform well. Overbearing Management: Managers tend to closely oversee every task, which limits employee autonomy and creativity. Limited Career Progression: Moving up in the company is difficult unless you have a good relationship with senior managers. Inadequate Pay: The compensation is below what other companies offer for similar roles. Resistant to Change: The company has an outdated approach and is reluctant to adopt new ideas or improvements. Short-Term Mindset: Management prioritizes immediate gains over sustainable, long-term strategies. Insular Leadership: The top executives are mostly friends from their previous company, which creates a closed and exclusive leadership group.
