    The good thingsCan gain alot of knowledge from the work what you did in a day. Every troubleshoot that you do, it's a new knowledge for you. Flexible and easy if you are fast learner.
    The challengesAlways be updated with the management issues. Less training will provided. Can work for knowledge in Networking and Cyber Security field.
