    The good thingsA company that has a wealth of experience from handling various type of construction projects. Opportunity to grow and learn as an individual in construction field with supportive and helpful team.
    The challengesTime management and patience are constantly tested due to multiple projects and tasks need to be managed and finished at a time.

    Best challenging place to have internship
    The good thingsGreat and proud to have internship experience with IPM. Superior and colleagues are very friendly and helpful. I learnt a lot in term of infra designs, building inspection, and some structure designs. It also gave me chances to present myself and express my feeling. Superior always emphasis not just in technical part, but also in critical thinking, soft skills and troubleshooting. Really learn a lot and now I think I can see things with different angle. Although it’s somehow very challenging to me and packed with many different tasks/ assignments, I felt I’m grow up a lot in these 3 months and very satisfied with the experience. Thank you IPM for everything. Appreciated!
    The challengesChallenging as every tasks/ assignment come with due date. Superior concerned about these due date thus need to work hard for it, even though night time or weekend. In between there’s also some ad hoc task need to complete. Need well prepared with mentality before come in.

    Great engineering firm to embark on!
    The good thingsIf you are the type of loving challenges and workoholic, then this is the true company you gotta join. Boss here will give many projects and you will need to do design, report, inspection, authority submission, etc. Good that learn super a lot. Colleagues are open mind, helpful fun and caring. Good working environment with systematic SOP.
    The challengesHmm... many projects to do at one time. Sometimes may lack of time and need get used to spend some own time to complete it on time. Superior are very attentive to the due date of every task/project.

    Valuable internship moment at IPM
    The good thingsLearnt a lot during my internship with IPM Professional Services. Colleagues are helpful and willing to guide me when I face problems in projects. I was assigned with actual projects for building inspection and structural design, and managed to learn some infra as well. I’m got chance to travel outstation for weeks too.
    The challengesNeed ready to work day and night due to some project requirements need us to be there although it’s night time.

    The good thingsIf you want to grow fast, IPM is a good place. Many projects for me to learn and grow to be professional (more expert~) however just gotta get ready with hectic environment.
    The challengesVery very busy. That’s the only challenges.

    Challenging good place to work at
    The good thingsGood that exposed to infra and structure projects together instead of single skill only (infra or structure). Leant a lot and I'm trained to be multi-skills c&s engineer now, work independently and able to catch up things fast after some time. Boss is generous and understanding. Colleagues are helpful and willing to teach.
    The challengesThe working environment here is challenging as need to handle some infra and structure projects at the same time sometimes. Minimum guidance are given and need to independently handle project and clients.

    A Good Place To Have A Great Perspective On Professional Consultancy Services
    The good thingsBoss and colleagues are willing to share resources and knowledge in order for the team to excel. The company plays a different strategy to survive in the tough market and this allows the staff to see how to be part of the industry with a new perspective. In a nutshell, if you are a stress taker and with an open mind, there is no doubt that you could learn a lot from the company.
    The challengesNo doubt, stress level high is the nature being part of the company. No stress, no push. All staffs are required to be ready to take on different tasks and to work independently. A strong self-driven attitude is definitely a requirement to survive in such an environment. Nonetheless, the challenges are definitely a perk from this company.

    Productive and Nice Working Environment for Career
    The good thingsGood place to learn the most as you will need to handle numbers of different scope projects at one time. Thus will learn the most for sure. Colleagues are helpful and friendly, senior willing to guide. Strict but considerate management. Overall a great place to grow consultancy path.
    The challengesAs said, many projects ongoing and you might to work OT or weekend, even company promote work life balance.
