Best challenging place to have internshipThe good thingsGreat and proud to have internship experience with IPM. Superior and colleagues are very friendly and helpful. I learnt a lot in term of infra designs, building inspection, and some structure designs. It also gave me chances to present myself and express my feeling. Superior always emphasis not just in technical part, but also in critical thinking, soft skills and troubleshooting. Really learn a lot and now I think I can see things with different angle. Although it’s somehow very challenging to me and packed with many different tasks/ assignments, I felt I’m grow up a lot in these 3 months and very satisfied with the experience. Thank you IPM for everything. Appreciated!
The challengesChallenging as every tasks/ assignment come with due date. Superior concerned about these due date thus need to work hard for it, even though night time or weekend. In between there’s also some ad hoc task need to complete. Need well prepared with mentality before come in.
