A Fast-Paced Yet Supportive Place to GrowThe good thingsThe good thing about working at IQI is that the workload allows us to learn at a fast yet comfortable pace. Leaders and management are down-to-earth, open to mistakes, and quick to move forward. There are plenty of seminars for self-growth and career development, and we truly work as a team rather than a one-man show. What’s more, we even have the freedom to explore new hands-on skills, something many other companies may not offer.
The challengesAt times, ad hoc tasks can feel overwhelming, and the traffic around OKR is terribly bad. However, the flexible approach to clock-in and clock-out times makes it manageable, as being slightly late (within 15 minutes) is generally acceptable.
