    A Fast-Paced Yet Supportive Place to Grow
    The good thingsThe good thing about working at IQI is that the workload allows us to learn at a fast yet comfortable pace. Leaders and management are down-to-earth, open to mistakes, and quick to move forward. There are plenty of seminars for self-growth and career development, and we truly work as a team rather than a one-man show. What’s more, we even have the freedom to explore new hands-on skills, something many other companies may not offer.
    The challengesAt times, ad hoc tasks can feel overwhelming, and the traffic around OKR is terribly bad. However, the flexible approach to clock-in and clock-out times makes it manageable, as being slightly late (within 15 minutes) is generally acceptable.

    Good company business but not how they handle
    The good thingsStrategic office location, close to LRT station, bus stop and residential area. Colleagues are mostly young and some have just graduated, they are very open minded, fun and can learn together. Boss is very nice, always make fun with staff. always shopping for coffee, snacks and other things. If you are accepted to work in this company, you need to work and play hard.
    The challengesWorking in this company because most of the staff are young and they are quite open minded without boundaries and respect especially with the new and quite old staff. If they have something that they are not satisfied with and complain, they do not go directly to you but directly to the boss if they feel that the staff cannot adapt to the environment there, they do not hesitate to terminate the staff without investigating first. The second challenge is that there are times when you have to learn on your own and adapt to your job scope.

    The good things1) There are plenty of opportunities for you to grab & learn in the company 2) There is no politic within colleagues & everyone is willing to help each other 3) Management team treats all of us like friends & listen to our humble opinion on work-related matters
    The challengesWorking in an emerging company, you could expect there's stress & high expectation from the management team. You are required to be a multi-tasker and independent to a certain extent.

    Terrible management with low knowledge of IT
    The good thingsGreat people around which I learned a lot about real estate operations but real terrible management with 0 understandings about modern IT infrastructure and workflow and not willing to understand about it.
    The challengesMultitasking are a lot and the management role don't understand about IT, often there is no planning with what needs to be done and there is no strategy and planning at all in feature releases, software engineers are often required to build the features and communicate with the agents at the same time.

    The good thingsIQI’s culture is somewhat different from the conventional work place. It was not just a company, but every member is being treated like a family. IQI knows how important family is and thus, all members have been linked together without a gap. As the quote from IQI, at IQI everyone strives for the best and does their best to achieve greatness. We always say “don’t be afraid to dream big.” And we help each other attain their dreams.
    The challengesSomehow there was not much challenge, for you who wish to join the company, you have to always ensure that you are capable enough to multitasking as the culture of IQI is doing things differently and doing more.
