    Good company business but not how they handle
    The good thingsStrategic office location, close to LRT station, bus stop and residential area. Colleagues are mostly young and some have just graduated, they are very open minded, fun and can learn together. Boss is very nice, always make fun with staff. always shopping for coffee, snacks and other things. If you are accepted to work in this company, you need to work and play hard.
    The challengesWorking in this company because most of the staff are young and they are quite open minded without boundaries and respect especially with the new and quite old staff. If they have something that they are not satisfied with and complain, they do not go directly to you but directly to the boss if they feel that the staff cannot adapt to the environment there, they do not hesitate to terminate the staff without investigating first. The second challenge is that there are times when you have to learn on your own and adapt to your job scope.

    The good thingsI have met different types of people while working here, I love the working environment, friendly, good communication. Managements are very thoughtful of their employees, flexibility, they also require you to have work life balance. I have learned a great deal through my IQI career.

    The good thingsColleagues & bosses are very fun & kind, senior team & management also are really helpful if you are facing difficulties to settle your job task. Working environment is super best. If got the opportunities to be one of IQI's family, don't let the chance goes by!

    The good thingsThe working environment is good. We work hard and play harder together. I believe teamwork always make dream works. Everyone here are so helpful.     The good thingsGreat teamwork and Cheerful colleague. You may gained more knowledge and experiences since they will teach you step by step from A- Z. Since I don't have any experiences in a real estate company, IQI is the best company for others to join. The management are so awesome and very welcoming.
