We had a humble beginning in 2009. We started as a secondary school tuitioncentre in Penang in 2009. At that time, our main focus was on guiding studentsto score more As’ in their exams.Sooner or later, we found that somethingis missing. Our students managed to score good grades in their exams but theylacked self-discipline, communication skill and the leadership skill to survive inthe real world. Despite knowing that most parents were only interested in scoring good grades,we made a bold move in 2013. We didwhat we thought to be essential and necessary for youth development. Weinserted leadership training elements into our education system.
