    Wonderful experience.
The good thingsIt is a Multi National Company based in Sydney, Australia. It is good to meet some others colleague from other side of the world. Actually it is a new exposure.
The challengesSometimes it is about the languages constraints, but it is okay to improve the English lessons.

    Lowly morale
The good thingsNone that are relevant to a working life
The challengesMy first cousin has been working at Isentia for the past two years on a part-time contract, with regular hours from 7 AM to 10 AM, Monday to Friday, occasionally extending to 11 AM when there’s extra volume. Since the start of her employment, her salary has been fixed at USD 280 per monthnce. Two years on, it remains unchanged—not even a token increment of USD 1 to reflect inflation or acknowledge her contributions. While this may be a worthwhile side hustle for some, for others, it can be deeply demoralizing, as I’ve observed firsthand with my relative. Adding to this frustration, the local HR does not involve her in discussions or support, leaving her to navigate everything on her own. Such practices raise concerns about fair treatment and the recognition of employees’ efforts, which are essential for maintaining morale and productivity.

    Excellent working environment
The good thingsThe team are the very definition of team players. They are always helpful with each other and learning process is never ending in that environment. The benefits provided by the company is great! Apart from that, the working environment is nice and you are to cooperate with other departments due to your tasks. Overall, it was a great opportunity and learning experience to work with Isentia.
The challengesPerhaps more sharing sessions on how to deal with clients enquiries especially difficult or technical questions from clients with specific requirements so that everyone is aware of the situation and is able to assist each other more effectively.

    1 year and 2 months
The good thingsI used to love this company when I first joining the organization. Nice working environments and good colleagues. Providing medication benefit is good enough. I have been told by my former interviewer that our company did offer bonus every year.
The challengesFor the past few months, we need to go extra miles by doing other department job and yes, company did gained the profit from it. But no bonus or incentive given to us as appreciation. Served as front liner to clients is not an easy task if your system and server always facing problem. Providing same lame excuse would not be a good idea at all.

    Bad management
The good thingsStable income, and able to go back on time. Multi-national corporation, and many opportunities to work with people from other countries for ad-hoc or long-term projects. Sometimes will outsource projects to internal staffs for them to earn extra income, while still having their daily job. The company does have an internal committee that is aimed at providing fun and entertainment for the staffs.
The challengesNo opportunities for career development. Management would always supervise and scrutinize every single second that you spend during working hours. High expectancy but does not reward accordingly. People would not need to improve here, so if you are looking for a place to learn, please look somewhere else. Not much budget allocated for things that are out of the job scope, such as company trip or teambuilding.

Suitable for people who prefers to stay in comfort zone
The good thingsAs per my position in the company, I would say it is actually a comfortable and relax working place. No stressful deadlines. No crazy boss. Friendly collegues from different departments. Believe it or not, you can go back on time without having people judging you. Wear as casual as a pair of slippers-you can wear whatever you want. Also, if you just want a comfortable career without development, you can stay here for years.
The challengesNo carpet. That's what I hate the most as you can hear everyone's footsteps. Weak HR management. Weird people are everywhere..too

    Work and run with time
The good thingsManage to fill with updated news and explore to different brand. Every year there will be branding campaign and also team building which it connects both employer and employees. It helps to understand better between each other and the needs of the company. Working with the company is good with good environment, good relationship between all the colleagues, good for those who loves to make friends.
The challengesWork with tight time frame and working at odd hour.

    High turnaround
The good thingsGood superior, open office concept which allows newcomers to communicate with everyone.
The challengesNot much opportunity for promotion and new knowledge. Staffs are not given much opportunity to learn new knowledge, which makes the daily job rather dull and monotonous.

    Those four years.
The good thingsI learnt Australian slang and became a grammar Nazi. I monitored many interviews, learnt the Australian culture, the problems faced by the people and the politics. We were performing very well, however, the business moved to Manila, leaving us devastated.
The challengesI at first faced difficulties understanding Australian slang, because they have various ways of pronouncing a word. As time goes, I learnt them, or can say, I have mastered their slang. I faced difficulties with the time frame, but that was a challenge that I won.
