    The good thingsIt is a Multi National Company based in Sydney, Australia. It is good to meet some others colleague from other side of the world. Actually it is a new exposure.

    The challengesMy first cousin has been working at Isentia for the past two years on a part-time contract, with regular hours from 7 AM to 10 AM, Monday to Friday, occasionally extending to 11 AM when there’s extra volume. Since the start of her employment, her salary has been fixed at USD 280 per monthnce. Two years on, it remains unchanged—not even a token increment of USD 1 to reflect inflation or acknowledge her contributions. While this may be a worthwhile side hustle for some, for others, it can be deeply demoralizing, as I’ve observed firsthand with my relative. Adding to this frustration, the local HR does not involve her in discussions or support, leaving her to navigate everything on her own. Such practices raise concerns about fair treatment and the recognition of employees’ efforts, which are essential for maintaining morale and productivity.
