I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The company provides a competitive salary package along with attractive bonuses that truly reward our efforts. There are also company trips and annual dinners that make us feel appreciated and help build strong team bonding. In terms of benefits, the company offers comprehensive medical coverage, including dental and optical, which is a big plus for employees and their families. The management is supportive, and the work environment is friendly and professional. Overall, this is a company that genuinely takes care of its employees’ welfare while also providing opportunities to grow. Highly recommended for those looking for both career development and work-life balance.

Just another lousy international company with poor management
The good thingsNot much good thing but acceptable working condition. Do not put high expectation for job improvement / career growth, do not expect for promotion (promotion only for the management's puppet)
The challengesPoor management with no vision or target for employee development. Feel like working in government office...just do what is being told even you have good idea, no body is open to listen for you.

    Good Colleagues but Bad Management
The good thingsColleagues and company benefits are great.
The challenges1) Management always does not have a clear direction, but politics to the max. 2) Company does not know how to retain existing employees and value their efforts and hardworks. 3) Job responsibilities among employees are not distributed properly. You will see some people are too busy and some people are too free. 4) No salary adjustment even though you have worked there for long period. 5) No trainings provided. 6) Budget provided are not planned properly. Many of the allocated budget do not benefit company and employees, hence, very demotivating. 7) No SOP, hence all processes are messy. Too many unnecessary paperwork.

A good place to start a career
The good thingsThe people are supportive and helpful on developing each other skills and knowledge. Employees can learn many things especially for the fresh graduate who just entered career life. The top managements (Japanese expatriates), despite of their culture, they really love to blend in with the floor personnel, sharing knowledge and opinions.
The challengesThe challenges are: 1. Employees will face lack of family time during entry phase due to heavy worload (it will reduce by time when they get use to it). 2. Employees will gain a little appreciation at the beginning of employment. The management decides to evaluate first before rewarding them with proper entitlements. 3. The salary is somewhat average-to-low compared to current cost of living.

A day in the life in IMSB! :)
The good thingsMany good & cooperative colleagues! Friendly working environment. New colleagues in certain departments are being properly guided & trained in order to meet the company's human resources directive of \"succession planning\". New Japanese mgmt team which is guiding & sharing info compared to previous mgmt. Japanese management style is excellent in developing critical & logical thinking.
The challengesRecruitment of new candidates could have been better. Often, new candidates don't come from the automotive industry & therefore totally NOT suitable to work in automotive due to their lackadaisical attitude, their \"know-it-all\" style & very often bringing their unsuitable previous corporate culture with them into IMSB. Some Japanese bosses create uneasy working condition by not cooperating.
