    Requires a lot of communication
    The good thingsEveryday is quite mundane as it involves the same actions to manufacture, which may appeal to some.
    The challengesLanguage barrier due to having Chinese Engineers and local/foreign workers. Able to speak Chinese is strongly recommended. Depending on the job, working times may rotate on an ocassional basis.
