Jasa Merin (Labuan) PLC (“JML”) was incorporated on 23rd May 2008 under “The Offshore Companies Act 1990”. It was previously wholly owned by Jasa Merin (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“JMM”). On 1st March 2016, MARINE & GENERAL BERHAD (“M&G”) , the parent company of JMM, acquired 100% equity in JML from JMM.JML is part of the M&G Group’s Marine Logistics – Downstream Division. We are a ship owning company specializing in the energy transportation market. We own and charter out Clean Petroleum Product (“CPP”)/ Chemical tanker to the petro-chemical and oleo-chemical industries, whereby the vessels are used to transport CPP/ Chemical products.On February 2021, new subsidiary company, Jasa Merin Ship Management Sdn Bhd was established to manage the downstream Asset.
