    Poor management and delay payout
    The good thingsFree parking but still risk your vehicle, because got a lot big lorry pass by. Anual dinner every festival at luxury hotel
    The challengesLearn by your own, no proper guidelines, poor communication between with high level especially HR terrible attitude show. Payout on 7th every month, separate with commission pay on 15th sometime early sometimes late without notice.
