I cherish my time working here as it enlightened me to the real job environment after graduate.
The good thingsI love the working environment between colleagues as a well as the job tasks when I was working there.
The challengesThe challenge of working here is when I was a cashier, I had to use my own money to cover up for balance loss of the till that I covered on that particular day. So be extra careful when you are tasked as cashier.

Don't Be Fooled by the Company Name
The good things- Many problems to solve to be more effective and efficient as a whole - Staff benefits such as purchases - An environment for growth & fast paced - A wider lens on how a sneaker store operates from stocks to shop/ecomm
The challenges- Company has no sense of direction ( end goal is revenue but has no clear direction or planning on how to get there or how to achieve it from the higher ups and mgmt ) - Assume that what works well in one market will automatically work well on other region - Pay is sad and doesnt really justify the work and effort you put through ( unless you lick-ass on the mgmt's end - Yes its fast paced but in hindsight is always bad time management internally as well with last min decision in raffles and launches - No well equip experts on related field to drive business, most are surface level smart but when in comes to technical abilities, there is none so dont expect to learn much from your peers and other depts. - High output low input kinda work environment, other people taking credit for your result

get to know wide range of quality product
The good thingsits enjoying for me working here because i love to assist customer to what they need. as a cashier i love the experiences to be the last staff that will assist customer. I also do the email for any retailing progress to HR. A lil bit VM changes also excites me the most but also a lil bit stressing.
The challengesyou'll need to achieve monthly sales and also all the KPI. you need to push above yoyr limit to meet the target as a team.

    Award-winning customer service skills.
The good thingswork with best team , and a lot learn about product . got reward form manager .
The challengesMaking Mistakes They happen to everyone at some point. Admit them and apologize. Don't offer excuses or try to cover them up. Instead, offer solutions as soon as possible and fix the problem on your own time. Forgive yourself, and move on.

    Poor management & company
The good thingsLovely colleagues & good a good brand. Plenty of potential.
The challengesPoor management - no sense of direction. Bad leadership - higher management being unable to make decision, not protecting their employees, no work life balance (be prepared to work on weekends too even though it is not urgent), no career progression, bad working culture and low salary.

No Such Thing as Work Life Balance Here, Poor Mgmt Direction, Messy
The good thingsThe only benefit is the staff discount but hey, now every Tom, Dic, and Harry are having sales which are better than the staff discount
The challenges- Very messy to get just one thing done - Mgmt have no clear direction on what or how to do - OT is definitely a sure thing, say goodbye to weekend and be prepared to be sleepless during major festive season like 10.10, Black Friday, 11.11 - Salary is below your expectation, relatively low aside unless you are applying for a top mgmt role - Assume that all markets works the same and sell the same stuff

    Great Experience but...
The good thingsGreat experience of working with international top sports brands i.e Nike, Adidas, Puma. Amazing support from JD international teams. Vibrant and friendly colleagues. Casual dress-code and working environment.
The challengesKnowledge of sports brands and street fashion is crucial. Must be willing to OT and work on weekends. High expectations and workload especially during peak season (sale, Raya, CNY..). Unattractive salary and very basic benefits. Employee diversity and career growth opportunities can be improved.

    Good working experience
The good thingsMost of the time we've been busy with customer needs by following company's guideline while maintaining company's image throughout our working process. Hence, we've been working with few great peoples inside this organization that would help us to achieve more.
The challengesSince this company still fresh and new, hence, there were few improvement that they need to consider such as staff benefits, working schedule etc.

    Overall on my comment
The good thingsYou can build up your knowledge about fashion and lifestyle in this company, the passion is actually get you into this job. You love sneakers, you love street fashion, so here the place. Can make a good team player in one team, Love that!
The challengesIts quiet hard, you need to stand all day for 8hours and wait for the customer. eventhough you from Back of House or on the floor, you need to stand all day long. It was tiring i admit that, you cant sit even for a sec. the puctuality is the key to get the commission, but for the comms is very very low, compare to the other company, JD is the most lowest. Sorry JD..

    Great bosses and learning platform
The good thingsFast paced company filled with young energetic group of employees. Suitable for individuals that are keen on exploring multiple roles and are willing to take up challenges to boost sales and footfall.
The challengesTeam is relatively new in the SEA market and would require multiple guidance to have a better structure and leadership.

The good thingsI don't think I have any good experience here except for some nice colleagues around
The challengesHigher management people never give any clear direction to the employees, bad working environment and culture, no work/life balance, and never ever join the company as management trainee because there isn't any proper program structure and guideline/SOP
