    Poor management & company
    The good thingsLovely colleagues & good a good brand. Plenty of potential.
    The challengesPoor management - no sense of direction. Bad leadership - higher management being unable to make decision, not protecting their employees, no work life balance (be prepared to work on weekends too even though it is not urgent), no career progression, bad working culture and low salary.
