    Humble but challenging, simple yet conducive working environment
    The good thingsFriendly and caring colleagues, respectful subordinates and superiors willing to help/advice in daily struggles. Superiors are very open to ideas regarding improvement and willing to spend money for better outcome. Free lunch/high-tea Monday-Thursday Free sudden meal from vendor/employees once in awhile. High teamwork spirit among colleagues, intra & inter department working together towards achieving common goal for advancement of the company
    The challengesMost system/records are not computerized. A lot of documentation, data collection/analysis and changes undergoing for upcoming ERP system. Changes are quite hard to be implemented due to a lot of the employees had been working for 10-20 years, as the current way had became a habit. However, cooperation are given regardless of inconvenience of the habit shifting. Truly appreciate it.
