A lot of documentation, data collection/analysis and changes undergoing for upcoming ERP system.
Changes are quite hard to be implemented due to a lot of the employees had been working for 10-20 years, as the current way had became a habit.
However, cooperation are given regardless of inconvenience of the habit shifting. Truly appreciate it.
