    Great company to work for
    The good things- Seniors in Jingxing are experienced in their own respective fields. They will provide great insight on aspects to successfully running in a paper mill industry. - Weekly company events to bond with colleagues from other departments.
    The challenges- Knowing how to converse in mandarin is prefered. There are majority of Chinese executives in Jingxing Holdings, hence speaking mandarin can overcome language barrier. - Expect a change in work culture when working in Jingxing.
