    The good thingsAt the time I was working there it was an SME, hence departments are required to work closely together. This made for a holistic experience of how the company function and work as a whole. Furthermore, it was a really great experience working with the people there.
    The challengesDuring my time working there, there were still some things weren't properly established in the company which made certain tasks more cumbersome than it needed to be. It's just that there are somethings that the company can do without, but can make working there more better.

    The good thingsEmployer provides assistance when required but prefers to see the end product to see the capabilities of the worker. A good varying amount of nationalities where communication is easy between locals and foreigners. The pantry is amazing.
    The challengesAlthough the workload could seem immense, it is all worth in the end as it strives to provide the best services to the customer as each product made is a custom made type of product for each customer depending on the services they need.
