Good working culture, Good opportunity to learn and gain experienceThe good thingsAt the time I was working there it was an SME, hence departments are required to work closely together. This made for a holistic experience of how the company function and work as a whole. Furthermore, it was a really great experience working with the people there.
The challengesDuring my time working there, there were still some things weren't properly established in the company which made certain tasks more cumbersome than it needed to be. It's just that there are somethings that the company can do without, but can make working there more better.
