    My experience has been incredibly valuable, providing me with numerous growth opportunities, a positive and supportive work environment, and the chance to learn and develop new skills. While we faced some communication challenges with the managerial team due to language differences, the company’s translation tools helped bridge the gap, making it easier to collaborate effectively.
    The good thingsThis company is great for fresh grads! You get to learn a lot and grow, with a manager who doesn’t micromanage. The positive environment also lets you experience and celebrate different cultural festivals.
    The challenges Challenge faced was communication with the managerial level, since they’re from China. But the company provides a communication system with translation, which really helps bridge the gap.
