Full of ambition with great people
The good thingsEven though SEEK Asia is the market leader, they are full of ambition to grow further. That energy can be felt across the business and the actions taken by the different teams. Everyone is friendly and approachable and working towards a common goal.
The challengesFor me coming from a startup, a big difference is that you need to build a strong case and get buy in across the business prior to decisions being made and executed. This is obviously expected given the scale of the business and the many teams involved. It hasn't been a challenge since it's easy to connect with different teams and the organisation as a whole is open to change.

Have great potential to be better
The good thingsManaged to pick up tons of experience within my 3 months of internship. They have a great working environment and the employees are friendly. They definitely have a lot potential to be better and I could see the company is slowly working towards it.
The challengesI think the salary for interns could be reworked, or check back on the salary insights! I could barely cover my monthly expenses (but I valued the connection, experience and skills I picked up from here).
