Work life balance and company culture that encourages growth.
The good thingsThe career growth and opportunities given. The people here practice the company culture as well.
The challengesThe projects are challenging. I'll admit, this place is not for everybody. Expectations are high, targets are steep. But these are things that makes you grow as an individual.

Good environment, good culture but sales culture is below expectation.
The good thingsThe colleague and overall culture is good but sales department is full of stress and the sales culture should improve.
The challengesI'm happy to share a positive review for my former company even after my resignation. Although I have moved on to new opportunities, I believe it's important to acknowledge the positive aspects of my time there. JobStreet excels in transparent communication with its employees. Updates about company goals, achievements, and challenges were regularly shared, ensuring that everyone was on the same page. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion. I appreciated their efforts to create an inclusive workplace where everyone's contributions were valued. JobStreet is a leader in our industry, known for its innovative solutions and positive impact. I was proud to be associated with a company that continuously pushes boundaries and strives for excellence. While I have moved on to new opportunities, I am genuinely grateful for the valuable experiences and skills I gained during my time at JobStreet. I have the utmost respect for the company and its leadership.

A great team but some structural friction
The good thingsTeam is amazing and very supportive culture. Ability to volunteer outside of initial jobscope into other roles and departments.
The challengesSome limitations in what can and cannot be done by local country team, as some of it depends on regional. Typical issues with a matrix structure organisation.

Full of ambition with great people
The good thingsEven though SEEK Asia is the market leader, they are full of ambition to grow further. That energy can be felt across the business and the actions taken by the different teams. Everyone is friendly and approachable and working towards a common goal.
The challengesFor me coming from a startup, a big difference is that you need to build a strong case and get buy in across the business prior to decisions being made and executed. This is obviously expected given the scale of the business and the many teams involved. It hasn't been a challenge since it's easy to connect with different teams and the organisation as a whole is open to change.

    Satisfying work environment
The good thingsWe can enjoy while work on time given the task that is been given upon. Plus it is very flexible and interactive for us to form as a good team. I wish this can apply to all jobs because it isn’t what it seems.
The challengesGiven the amount of candidates we have to call, and tolerate. At the end we can meet the target that the project is hoping for.

    Great colleagues and fun culture
The good thingsWorking in JobStreet gives me a sense of working with family. The colleagues are amiable and the managers/ executives are willing to guide us without giving the sense of being superior.
The challengesJobStreet should give more chances to the employees here for promotions. A lot of the employees lack the opportunity to prove themselves to be worthy of such a promotion which lead to a high turnover rate in the company.

Great place to work and gain exposure to various industries
The good thingsYou may contribute to improving lives through better career, as you help employers find candidates for their company. This makes your work purposeful and rewarding. Good working environment and friendly colleagues. There are monthly team building events as well as other activities organized to keep your work life fun and engaging. There are a lot of opportunities for those who are ambitious. But need to work hard to earn them. If you have a good boss who will help to groom and develop you, that is a bonus.
The challengesStaff benefits are a bit outdated and need to be revamped. Medical benefits in particular is a bit insuffficient.
