    The good thingsOpportunity to learn about the restaurant as a whole, helpful staff around the same age, assistant managers who can negotiate with you professionally. Fun and enjoyable colleagues. Target sales are at an all-time high, really brings out the best in people when striving for a good outcome. Colleagues are super helpful in teaching newcomers.
    The challengesSOPs or any kind of handbook would be helpful to new staff so that there is less space for petty mistakes that could easily be avoided if there were adequate resources. Stressful monthly visitation by superiors who refuses to listen to explanations. Would be better to practice effective communication to ensure all parties be clear on any raised concerns.

    The good thingsThe accomodation provided was very good. The working environment was quite comfortable for a new beginner and the environment provide enhancement for me to fit in the organization. Gain knowledge and valuable experience that cannot be traced in other organization.
    The challengesThe stress level can high sometimes according to situation and problem that must be overcome. A workplace that far from your hometown absolutely making a person independent but in another side also making a person difficult to regularly visit a family member and parent at hometown. Dealing with humans and human-related problems also any non-human problems that encounter in such a big organization sometimes can be the biggest challenge in my daily work.

    The good thingsFor part timer, it is quite flexible to arrange with your schedule, provided that you had it planned out a week earlier. The managers are nice and understanding and are helpful at times. Overall, it was a great environment to work in.

Most of the customer also very satisfied with the service and the management of both the service crew and kitchen crew. The communication between the staff is very good and they care for each other like family. As they said, our workplace is like our home and we spend most of our daily life there and just enjoy the moment.
