Low salary and unhealthy internal culture in a problematic department
The good thingsThe benefits are excellent, particularly the medical benefits
The challengesThe internal politics are unhealthy, the salary is very low, and there is no allowance provided in the FMD department. It is a highly problematic department. Careful consideration is advised before accepting an offer in this department.

Offers good exposure, which might appeal to those looking for long-term stability, perhaps individuals who are already married and want to stay put until retirement. However, it's not ideal for young, motivated, energetic people. The salary is merely acceptable for the market, not that satisfying.
The good thingsGood exposure as this is a big company.
The challengesThere's a real lack of guidance. You're just expected to know everything when you do your job. The office politics are that bad and awful and even when you try to ignore them, they still manage to affect you.
